I was the girl who felt too much in a world that asked me to perform.
Too soft. Too deep. Too broken. Too tired to keep pretending.

What most people didn’t know?
Behind the high-functioning surface… I was silently unraveling.

I’ve lived with depression for over two decades.
I’ve stood on the edge of life, wondering if I belonged at all.
And I’ve walked the long, aching road back — through therapy, coaching, spiritual work, energy healing, and more tears than I can count.

Every tool I offer today…
is something I desperately needed back then.

The Breakdown That Started It All

I dropped out of art school when the depression cracked me wide open.
Everything I’d held together with perfection and pressure collapsed.
I unraveled in ways I couldn’t explain (still can't) — only feel.

And yet… something in me still reached out towards the light, and the desperate belief that there had to be more to this life.

So I clawed my way back. Quietly. Fiercely.
White-knuckling through recovery while I worked for a nonprofit mental health agency —
hoping to help others find what I hadn’t yet fully found in myself.

For over 12 years, I showed up there: stable, supportive, capable.
But inside? Still fragmented. Still aching. Still searching for the missing piece.

So I went deeper.
Therapy. Energy work. Coaching. Emotional excavation. Nervous system repair.
I devoured everything that could help me remember who I was before life told me my only worth was pleasing others (what a crock of bs!)

I've always been a spiritual nomad, testing and trying, mixing woo woo with science. So no surprise… I found Human Design.
And Human Design found me.

For the first time, something reflected me back to myself —
Not as a diagnosis. Not as a wound.
But as a design. A system. A permission slip to move through the world as me.

It didn’t fix me (none of us need to be fixed).
It freed me. And now I share what I know with you.
